Stellar storage unit facility - highly recommend! I rented more than one unit at the Innovation Way site over a few months' time. Secure, clean, units (and you will never lose your key).
The company staff are responsive and pleasant. If I reached out with a question, they responded in a timely way. I appreciate a live human being who cares and in person is a bonus. In my experience, humans who care are the best way to make sure things run well.
The owners are local and invested in these storage units being run well. For my part, I paid on time and was also responsive if they reached out about a unit. I wish all storage facilities were like this one.“

My husband & I had the pleasure of meeting the husband & wife owners of Pride Storage facility when we needed a storage unit. The outstanding level of service is much more than 5 stars. If we could give 10 stars, we would. They are so wonderful and putting their hearts and souls into their business, it is so nice to see. We have returned to Maine after many years away. Their staff is also amazing. It is obvious they are hiring the best people. They even helped us put an Uber app on our phones, now that is service. We needed help and they offered to help. Everyone there so pleasant, helpful and always a smile. 💕
